Companies who are not listed in Australasia and whose primary business is within the capital markets are eligible to join the association as an unlisted capital markets participant member.

Unlisted capital market participant members do not have voting rights.

Investor Relations Roles within Funds Management Groups and Asset Owners


Increasingly many unlisted funds management groups and asset owners are recruiting investor relations professionals who require the same fundamental skill sets as investor relations professionals within the listed environment.  With this in mind, this new category of membership provides access to networking, critical information and on-demand / in-person education and training programs.  Benefits that the membership provides these companies is set out as follows:

AIRA provides many information tools that assist members to keep abreast of investor relations and disclosure issues. Members have access to:

  • Members updates,
  • A members-only website area that includes free downloads of all AIRA’s published material, including archived webcasts, survey results (including investor relations remuneration and investor relations benchmarking), industry submissions and best practice guidelines,
  • IR Market Place, providing a comprehensive list of providers of specialist IR services,

Broking Houses and Investment Banks


Broker and Investment Bank members have access to IR reporting tools through the AIRA IR Calendar.  In addition, as members you will receive an automatic listing in a new directory of brokers, corporate access teams and fund managers that will be available to corporate members through the AIRA website.  Other benefits that this membership provides is set out as follows:

All fees are non-refundable and are quoted in AUD and exclude GST.
New and lapsed members will incur a once off joining fee payable at the time of purchasing membership.
