•  How Earnings Guidance is used by the investment community and what numbers are they looking for;
•  As a small cap when should a company consider providing guidance;
•  Managing market expectations around Guidance in compliance with ASX Listing Rules;
•  Understanding consensus;
•  What constitutes consensus in companies where there is very little or no broker coverage;- and
•  Managing market expectations around consensus in compliance with ASX Listing Rules.
