AIRA Releases FAQ's on Online Annual Reports and Electronic Communication with Investors
It has become apparent as a result of recent communication with members that there is much uncertainty surrounding proposed amendments to the Corporations Act that will mean that public companies will no longer be required to send a printed annual report to all shareholders.
